Shipping & Delivery
Cappalli Classics are always custom made to order. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks to process and ship. Be advised that we are factoring in the fluctuation of material availability and time required for craftmanship since they are each individually made. If you would like to by-pass our standard shipping dates please contact us and we will gladly try to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
Please note: Payments for orders will be processed in full, including shipping charges, if applicable, at the time your order is placed.
If you wish to order an item or items for a specific date or occasion it is important you let us know so we can see if we can accommodate your order under a "Rush" category. Please be aware that "Rush" fees may apply.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Be advised that items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will receive a back order notification if an item in your order will ship at a different date.
If an item is sold out or becomes unavailable, you will be immediately notified and your order will be refunded in full.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping and handling fees for all standard delivery orders will be handled by USPS Priority (3-7 business days)
Complimentary standard shipping will be offered for individual orders that contain multiple items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders and deliveries outside of the United States, including Puerto Rico, will be shipped via USPS International delivery, 5-7 business days. Cost will range from $125.00 - $225 USD, the total amount of the shipping and handling will be determined by the weight of the merchandise.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped or delivered to clients in Puerto Rico.
Client orders shipping outside of Puerto Rico will not be estimated on the pertinent sales tax of their state. Please be advised however that you may be subject to reporting and paying sales tax on your purchase. Out-of-state clients are responsible for determining if sales tax should be paid to their respective taxing authorities.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AND STRIPE
Cappalli accepts credit cards from most major issuers; VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, you will be charged once you accept and authorize the order. Please be advised, the original card which was charged will always be the one that is used for a refund.
You can shop with confidence at Cappalli with the knowledge that transactions are protected by a high standard of security.
For international orders, please use Paypal for your credit card transactions. No account with Stripe is necessary. You may use Stripe as a guest user.
We use Stripe because it is secure and accepts payment from US and internationally bank issued credit cards. Stripe is one of the most widely used, trusted and secure online payment systems available today.
If you have not purchased thru Stripe, you can register quite simply and set up a new account, or you can purchase by credit card without registering as a guest user.
SAVING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS
For security and privacy reasons, Cappalli does not store your credit card information. To guarantee your security, all of your payment details will be saved in an encrypted form and therefore will ensure that your information will not be visible to Cappalli employees. You will be required to enter your credit card information for each transaction you desire to make.
